About Me

I have always been a down-to-earth, practical person with an empathetic, non-judgmental attitude.  I am naturally curious about how people think, feel and behave. My interest in people's life stories is genuine; I want to hear about your struggles so that we can work on them; I want to hear about your successes so we can build on them.

You are the expert on you and I am an expert on human behaviour. We can work together to help you to mange your mind and make effective changes that you want in your life.

Experience

With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Psychologist with Alberta Health Services, I provided high-quality individual and group treatment, supervised residents and students, and volunteered for several professional committees. Since expanding to private practice in 2020, I have continued my commitment to professional development, ensuring that I utilize the latest research and techniques in psychology to offer you the best possible care. Your well-being is my priority, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
