About Me

I have always been a down-to-earth, practical person with an empathetic, non-judgmental attitude.  I am naturally curious about how people think, feel and behave. My interest in people's life stories is genuine; I want to hear about your struggles so that we can work on them; I want to hear about your successes so we can build on them.

You are the expert on you and I am an expert on human behaviour. We can work together to help you to mange your mind and make changes that you want in your life.

Experience

I have been working as a Registered Psychologist with Alberta Health Services since 2008 where I provide individual and group treatment. In addition to supervising clinical psychology residents and students, I have volunteered for several committees, am registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists, and am a member of the Canadian Psychological Association. Throughout my training, I have won several research awards and scholarships. I attend several workshops yearly to ensure you will receive cutting edge best care.
