Therapy involves a thorough assessment, development of client directed goals, and an effective treatment plan. Treatment includes a range of strategies taken from evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, and more. These treatments have proven effective for many mental health disorders (such as anxiety, depression, and addiction) as well as other problems such as insomnia, pain, and adjustment difficulties.

Therapy can range from one session to multiple sessions, depending on the complexity of the problem you wish to work on. Sessions can be in person, over the telephone, or virtual (via zoom).


Payment is required after each session. We accept e-transfer, cheque, credit card or cash. We offer direct billing to major insurance companies and more.

Cancellation/no show policy


If you are cancelling a session, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellation or no show will result in a $100 fee. Reasonable exemptions will be considered.
