Individual Therapy
Provides a customized therapeutic experience designed to meet your unique needs through an integration of various approaches such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, ACT and more. Sessions are available with flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose between weekly, biweekly, or monthly appointments.
The rate for these personalized sessions is $240 per hour. The initial session is $330 for up to 90 minutes.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR intensives are a unique therapeutic service designed to provide a more concentrated, accelerated approach to treatment. These sessions are available in extended time blocks, ranging from 3 to 5 hours, and can occur multiple times a week, allowing for a deep dive into the therapeutic process.
The rate for these intensive sessions is $240 per hour, reflecting the personalized and focused care provided during these extended therapy periods.

Payment/Cancellation/No Show
Individual Therapy
Payment is required after each session by e-transfer or credit card. Direct billing is available to certain insurance companies.
EMDR Intensives
Payment is required prior to the sessions by e-transfer or credit card. Insurance does not typically cover EMDR intensives.
You must cancel 24 hours before your appointment time, otherwise you will be charged 50% of your session fee
